Edna Marie Buzzell, age 67, of Gladwin, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. She was born on December 21, 1957, the daughter of Robert and Erma (Kobel) Bodnar, in Gladwin. On September 16, 1976, Edna married the love of her life, Stanley Buzzell. Together, they celebrated almost 49 years filled with love and cherished memories. Throughout her life, Edna worked as a Pharmacy Technician along with a Certified Nurse Assistant.
Edna loved the outdoors, often spending her time fishing, hunting, and riding side-by-sides. She loved camping with her family and adored her faithful companion GG (Good Girl). Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her beloved husband: Stanley; children: Andrea (Nicholas Bosco) Buzzell, Shasta (Mark) Kraus, and Jim (Dawn) Buzzell; grandchildren: Braxtin, Drake (Lilly), Ashtyn (Daniel), Audre, Chloe (Anthoney), Karly, Brenna, Kolette, and Letty; great-granddaughter: Sutton; and siblings: Bill Bodnar and Bernie Bodnar.
She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter: Madeleine Kraus; and brothers: Bena and Robert Bodnar.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin. Visitation will also be held on April 16, 2025 from 12:00 noon until the time of service. She will be laid to rest at Grout Township Cemetery in Gladwin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in accordance with the wishes of the family. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
