Edna Carroll Obituary

January 3rd, 2025. She was 85 years old and was born on May 29th, 1939, to
Earnest and Levern McQuay.
Edna was a wonderful Wife, Mother,
Grandmother and Granny or Mamaw. She was a homemaker providing a
loving home. Edna was married to her husband, Herbert Carroll, for 51 years
before he passed on June 16th 2012. They had three children. Lee Anne
Dunkerson(Daren) of Lubbock TX, Marla Carroll of Jonesboro AR, and Scott
Carroll(Ebony) of Lubbock TX. Three grandchildren. Dylan
Dunkerson(Amanda) of Lubbock TX, Cullen Dunkerson of Houston TX, and
Jaxson Carroll of Lubbock TX. She also had four great grandchildren. Braiden
Dunkerson, Ryleigh Dunkerson, Jonah Dunkerson and Dakotah Dunkerson all
of Lubbock TX. She spent her days taking care of and loving her little dog,
Charlee.
Edna was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband
Herbert Carroll and her two brothers, Danny and Eugene McQuay.
*A celebration of Life will be held on January 11th, 2025, from 2:00pm to 4:00PM
at her son's house located at 12812 Elgin Ave. Lubbock TX.
*The Family asks that no flowers be sent to this celebration due to limited
space. Donations for celebration necessities are more than welcome and can
be sent to the home address above.
