Eduard Deibert, 88, of Wheat Ridge, CO, passed away on April 23, 2025. Ed was born in Nikolajew, Ukraine on March 10, 1937. He immigrated to the United States and settled in Denver, Colorado. Ed was a graduate of North High School. He met his beloved wife, Sandy, while working together at Gardner-Denver in 1961 and they married on August 18, 1962, a week after he was released from active duty from the Army. Together they built a life together that lasted over 62 years.
Ed originally studied to be an engineer, but realized his real calling was in sales. Over the years, he sold things as varied as cars, technical scales, and finally, in the last few years before he retired, real estate.
Ed was preceded in death by his son Paul of Wheat Ridge. He is survived by Sandy and his son Edward of San Francisco, California.
Funeral service will be held Friday, May 2, 2pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood.
Burial will be Monday, May 19, 12:30pm, Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver.
