Ed was a funny, gentle, caring, bright, and loving family man so loved by Jackie, David and Mya.When Jackie was a teacher at Charter Oak Ed was always there to help her and he was loved by the staff. At my retirement party I can just see him standing as chef at the front of a roasted pig a big smile on his face. Not long ago, after being away for 24 years, I had the pleasure of spending an hour with Ed, holding his hand and saying my good -byes. His wife Jackie, and family, are to be commended for all their care of Ed. He fought a long and difficult battle , but he is now at peace. He will be missed.
