Edward J. Cook, 62, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the UVHN:CVPH Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 28th, 1963, the son of Claude Leander Cook and Elizabeth June Barber.
He is survived by his wife Penny Cook; his daughters, Angela Marie Belgard and her husband Randall, Stacey Covel; grandchildren, Jasper Belgard and Bradley Shawn Covel; his siblings, Marion Person and her husband John, Joe Cook, Julie LaPierre and her husband Loyal, Michael Cook and his significant other Joe Laundry, Mina Rabideau numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents, his sisters Ann Upton, Claudia Provost and Marjorie Waldron and his son, Edward John Cook Jr.
Calling hours will take place on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, New York.
