Edward J. Pabin

Edward J. Pabin, 74, of Wadsworth passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at his home. He was born December 7, 1948 in Belmont Co. to the late Joseph and Margaret (Teliga) Pabin. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was an Air Pollution Control Engineer with the city of Canton where he retired after 15 years. He loved reading, being with grandchildren, gardening, woodworking, and beekeeping. On October 20, 1979, he married Gayle (Onyski) Pabin who survives. He is also survived by his two sons, Joseph Pabin of Wadsworth and Steven (Kelynne) Pabin of Perrysburg, and daughter Kimberly (Robert) Miller; four grandchildren, Austin, Aubrey, Nolan, and Declan; and a sister, Jean Fazzio of Cleveland. He is preceded in death by his four brothers, Joe, Jerome,Tom, and twin George Pabin. Friends may call from 2-4 PM on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at HIlliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth 44281. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 10 AM with Fr. Jeremy Merzweiler Celebrant at St. Francis De Sales Parish 4019 Manchester Road Akron, OH 44319. Burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 1 PM on Monday.
