Edward Ottis Priddy, 65, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, in Mena, Arkansas. He was born on August 9, 1959, to O.L. Priddy and Patsy Jean (Haynes) Priddy in Torrance, California. He has worked as a loader operator for 37 years. He loved his family dearly and in his free time he was working. If he wasn't working or spending time with his family, he was working on pickup trucks. He was always working in one way or another from dawn to dusk.
Edward is preceded in death by his parents, O.L. Priddy and Patsy Priddy and his wife, Becky Priddy. He is survived by his son, Colby and wife Kendra Priddy, daughter, Reginna Pyron, step children, Tara Kelley and Cody Wimberly, brother Randy and wife Joyce Priddy, sister, Cindy James, grandchildren, John Edwards, Zane Edwards, Macy Pyron, Axton Priddy, and Gannon Priddy, great grandchild, Patsy Edwards, along with a host of other friends and family.
A graveside service will be scheduled at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Old Dallas Cemetery in Mena, Arkansas, with Justin Leonard to officiate the service. The visitation will be general at Beasley Wood Funeral Home. If the weather is bad the graveside service will be moved to Beasley Wood Funeral Home Chapel with no services at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerry Robb, James Ralls, Danny Hopper, Terry Belknap, Bruce Cureton, Blaine Higgins, Danny Miner, and Ron Winger.
