Eileen (Baker) Madson, age 94, was born August 27, 1929 in Kennan, Wisconsin, to Bert and Florence (Fiebig) Baker. Eileen graduated from Phillips High School in 1947. She then married the love of her life and best friend Milo Madson in November 1947. They were married for 55 years before his death in 2002.
Eileen was secretary and office manager of Printing Equipment Services for 30 years, a business she and her husband Milo owned and operated.
Eileen was an accomplished seamstress, sewing for both family and friends. She loved gardening, cooking wonderful holiday meals, and spending time with her large family. She was especially devoted to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda (Robert) Olson and Patricia (Steve) Warner and one daughter-in-law, Lynda Kotte. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren, Quinn (Jenni) Madson, Cass (Laura) Madson and Cathy (Eric) Kirkendall and six great-grandchildren, Scarlett, Solomon, Madelyn, Henry, Theodore and Hudsen. She is also survived by three sisters: Alice (George) Valiga, Carole (James) Peterson, and Karen (Robert) Doremire; and four brothers: Delmar Baker, Donald (Jane) Baker, Albert Baker and Lynn (Patty) Baker.
Eileen was preceded in death by one son, Edward Madson; two brothers, Harold and Gerald Baker; and three sisters Bernice Halmstad, Celia Liebelt and Beverly Watral.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 11 at Krause Funeral Home (12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin) at 10:00 AM. Eileen's funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
