Elaine (Marvel) Conway, 69, of Beverly, died after a brief illness February 18th 2025, with her loving family by her side at Beverly Hospital.
Born and raised in Middleton, she was the daughter of the late George and Florence (Evitts) Marvel. She attended Masconomet Regional High School where she graduated in 1973. After High School, she relocated to Beverly where she raised her children.
Elaine cared deeply about those she loved. She enjoyed jobs as a caregiver throughout her lifetime, bringing joy and love into people's lives who were less fortunate than her, including helping her fellow residents and roommates in the facility where she spent the last months of her life. She loved doing puzzles, listening to music, and going to the beach. She enjoyed company with family whenever possible, and never stopped talking about her children and those she cared for.
She is survived by her son Jason Conway and his wife Amy, daughter Kelly Doyle and her children Matthew, Madison, and Michelle, daughter Tania Conway and her son Peyton, and son Joshua Glidden and his wife Jessie. Her love and companionship will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.
A celebration of life will be held at CR Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square, on Monday February 24th at 10 AM. All who would like to pay their respects are welcomed to attend.
