Elaine Marion Visconti, age 62, of Ballston Lake, passed away Monday, July 10, 2023, at
Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Springs.
She was born July 20, 1960, in Gloversville, the daughter of Leo and Carol (Compani) Visconti. Elaine was the light in every room she walked into. She was beautiful, fashionable and had the most energetic personality. Her love for Warren and his family, along with the love for her own family was endless. Elaine spent her entire life working in the Human Service field helping all those she encountered along the way. She was a warm and caring soul who poured her heart into all that she did.
Elaine's love for the outdoors radiated through her whether she was at the park, out on a nature walk, or spending her time bird watching. She also loved to dance, and boy could she dance!
Elaine is survived by her mother, Carol Visconti; two sisters, Lorraine Szvetics (Steven) and Lisa Garguilo (Christopher); her companion, Warren Baker; nieces and nephews, Lauren Scicutella (Joe), Christopher Garguilo (Kourtney) and Dana Garguilo (Jake Burden); grand-nieces and grand-nephews, Ellie Scicutella, Christopher Garguilo III and Grace Garguilo; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Leo Visconti, in December.
Elaine, may you soar with Dad and the angels; we know you are now at peace dancing your way through heaven.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 am to 12 noon Thursday, July 20th at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St, Gloversville, where a Prayer Service will follow at 12 noon with the Rev. Donald Czelusniak officiating.

My heart hurts so much for her family and friends. She was one of a kind who danced to her own tune, but she shared her tune with SOOO many others. Her loss will be felt everywhere. Sending prayers and Love to all. Till we meet again my friend

My heart goes out to Elaine's family and loved ones. As mentioned in her obituary, Elaine was an amazing dancer and I will picture her dancing in heaven. She was so full of energy and spirit, that will live on in your hearts. Much love to you all.
