Elisa T. Hackett, 77, of Wyncote, PA passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025, surrounded by her family. Elisa was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 5, 1947, daughter of the late Dorothy (Hermann) and James Troiano.
She was a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School in1965 and received a Bachelor's degree from Duquesne University in 1969. She was an executive assistant at Strawbridge & Clothier for 25 years.
Elisa loved cooking, her annual family vacations to Wildwood, NJ and eventually quiet trips to Ocean City Maryland with Carl. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Holidays were always a big deal at grandma's house.
She was the beloved wife of Carlton C. Hackett Jr for 56 years. Loving mother of Laura Erfle (Stephen), Carlton Hackett III (Lucia), and Jeffrey (Jeanine).
Elisa is also survived by her brother James Troiano Jr (Jeanne) and her sister Theresa Binney (William) as well as her nine grandchildren David (Lauryn), Kate, Juliana, Vera, CJ, Owen, Erin, Tristan & Luke.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Saturday, June 7th from 10am-11am followed by a memorial service at 11am at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046.
