Elizabeth Martin Obituary
Formerly of Washington, PA, Elizabeth passed away peacefully at home in Great Falls, VA.
A proud British citizen born in Great Yarmouth, England, in 1937, Betty is survived by her devoted husband of more than 67 years, Louis G. "Jerry" Martin. She also leaves behind her loving daughter and son-in-law Debra Martin and Brian Koma, and a grandson, Alexander Koma and his wife Becca, all of Virginia, as well as her beloved sister-in-law, Carol McCloskey and partner Bruce Beppler.
She was predeceased in death by her daughter Jacqueline, and son, Darren, as well as her siblings, Austin Vaughan, Rosemary Carson, and Marlene Freeman.
A funeral mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 am on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Church, St. James Parish, 119 W. Chestnut Street, Washington, with the Rev. Michael A. Zavage as celebrant. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, McMurray.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, www.abta.org in memory of Jacqueline Martin.
