Eric Lee Lambert, born on August 15, 1988, in Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on August 9, 2025, in Chesapeake, Virginia, at the age of 36. A man of service and dedication, Eric spent 11 distinguished years serving in the United States Navy before transitioning into a career as a data analyst within the information technology field.

Eric's life was filled with love and laughter, mostly shared with his beloved wife, Kelsey Mijal. Together, they cherished their time playing TopGolf, dancing spontaneously, and singing-albeit terribly-much to their own amusement. Family was the cornerstone of Eric's life, and he treasured every moment spent with his daughters, Kayleigh, Emmalee, and Bayley-Lynn.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Linda Lambert and his sister, Audrea, Eric leaves behind a loving family who will forever hold him in their hearts. In addition to his wife and daughters, he is survived by his brothers, Brian Lambert and Timothy Lambert, and his sisters, Sabrina Owens and Kimberly Lambert.

A service to celebrate the life of Eric Lee Lambert will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Family Choice Funerals and Cremations with a viewing from 1pm to 3pm with a service to follow. Following the service, Eric will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in Whigham, Georgia, where he will join his parents in eternal peace. Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home will be assisting the family for service in Georgia.

Eric will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his service to his country, and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
