Ethan was born on February 9, 1998, in Indianapolis the son of Jesse C. Bush and Melissa A. Law.
Ethan was a bright light to those around him, and his spirit shined the brightest when he was outdoors, enjoying his beloved hobbies like fishing, attending Demolition Derbies, and reveling in the thrill of mudding in his jeep.
He is survived by his father, Jesse Bush of Columbus; grandmother, Diana Law, also of Columbus; brothers, Dakota Bush, Jakobi Rothrock; sister, Lyla Bush; aunt and uncles, Tracy (Dan) Gritton, Jeff Law Jr., Jeremy Law, Stacy (Kevin) Perdue, Lisa Harden, Matt (Jessica Gilliam) Bush, Mark (Lisa) Bush; alongside numerous great aunts, great uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
Ethan was preceded by his beloved mother, Melissa Law; grandparents, Michael Bush, Patricia Hartman, Jeffrey Law; and aunt, Stephanie Law. His absence leaves a void in the family that can never be filled, but the joy and zest Ethan brought to life will continue to resonate with all he touched.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Virgil Clotfelter officiating.
Family and friends may gather for visitation from 12:00 noon till time of service at the funeral home.
In keeping with Ethan's wishes cremation will take place following services.
