Eugene H. Lunn

Eugene H. Lunn, age 93 of Hudson, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025. He is the beloved husband of Amy (nee Leonard) Lunn; loving father of Vance (Chenelle) Lunn and Ruth (Ron) McGarr; cherished grandfather of Dominic (Hannah) Rupert, Alex McGarr, Chris McGarr, and Zane Ormilla; cherished uncle of Ken Hesser and Anna Laws; and dear brother-in-law of Mildred Murphy. He was a foster father to several foster children and has maintained a close relationship with a beloved foster daughter, Wendy Waldren, of Canton, Ohio. Gene proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a teacher and his spent summers working as a park ranger naturalist in several different national parks and working as a ranger in several different national forests. He was also a Boy Scout Leader for many years. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the National Park Foundation (www.nationalparks.org).
