A long-time resident of Pocasset, Massachusetts, she is predeceased by her husband of 52 years, James F. Bronsdon, Sr. She is survived by her children: James F. Bronsdon, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen, of West Hartford, CT, Michael Bronsdon and his wife, Agnes, of Calabash, NC, Jonathan Bronsdon, of Forestdale, MA and Carol Bronsdon DeBenedictis and her husband, John, of Waquoit, MA, and six grandchildren.
A 1951 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Jamaica Plain, she attended nursing school at Boston City Hospital. Evelyn held administrative/bookkeeping positions, most recently at the Heart Center on Cape Cod. Evelyn loved to travel with James and visited many destinations around the world. Evelyn was an avid gardener as well.
A Committal Service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Tuesday, March 7th at 10:45 am.
