Evelyn "Anita" Kemmer, age 60, of Crossville, TN, passed away on May 13, 2025, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Kemmer was born on December 20, 1964, in Crossville, TN, daughter of the late Gilbert Sells and Doris Sells.
Anita was a devoted home health CNA who poured compassion into caring for others. She had a deep and abiding love for her family and the Lord, which guided her throughout her life. Her smile could light up a room, and her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Gibson (Adam); granddaughter, Callye Mae Gibson; sister, Angela Cantrell; and niece, Kayla Masiongale.
Anita is preceded in death by both of her parents.
Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with burial to follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
