Mrs. Evelyn is survived by her husband of 53 years: Roland "Brud" A. Arcement, Jr., daughter: Rhoda L. Marcel, grandsons: Joseph Marcel and Seth Marcel, great granddaughter: Brynn Marcel, brothers: Claiborne "C.J." Chauvin, Jr., Larry Chauvin, and Warren Chauvin, and sisters: Rosalie Knoblock, Annette Ullo, and Patsy Rister.
Mrs. Arcement was preceded in death by her parents: Claiborne Chauvin, Sr. and Wilma Parr Chauvin.
Yay Yay loved and was very proud of her grandsons and great granddaughter. She enjoyed sitting in her rocker and drinking her coffee.
