Felina was born on June 2, 1940, to Felipe Sampang and Emerenciana Garcia in Sapangbato, Angeles City, Philippines. She enjoyed crocheting and cooking.
Survivors include her daughters; Rica (Tim) Arcadi of Clovis, NM and Ira Callens of Florida, one sister; Nora Cullum of Florida, and two brothers; Rick Sampang and Norberto (Josephia) Sampang both of Philippines, grandchildren; Daniel Callens, Sean Arcadi. She is preceded in death by her parents; Felipe Sampang and Emerenciana Garcia, two brothers; Junior Sampang, and Fred Sampang, one sister; Sally Alamares.
Cremation has taken place and no services at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Muffley Funeral Home, www.muffleyfuneralhome.com, 575-732-4435.
