Florence Alma Cauthron, 86, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Marlow, Oklahoma, under the direction of Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.
The Rosary will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Friends and loved ones may also pay their respects during viewing hours at the funeral home:

Alma was born on March 7, 1939, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Henry Green Delk and Lucy Katherine Agnes (Shrick) Delk. She married John J. Turner on August 23, 1956, in Anadarko, Oklahoma. They shared many loving years together until his passing on March 31, 2014. Later, she found companionship and joy in her marriage to Grady Cauthron on February 15, 2015. He preceded her in death on February 12, 2024.
Alma had a strong work ethic and a nurturing heart. Over the years, she held many roles-including working at Haggard Slacks, serving as a home health care provider, styling hair as a hairdresser, and helping with farming and ranching. She was passionate about her family, and loved shopping, thrifting, and making memories with her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sons, John Stanley Turner and David Turner; and her siblings, Thomas Burton Delk, Mary Alice Delk, Henry Mac "Mickey" Delk, and Joe Delk.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: Randy Turner; Micheal Turner and wife Jennifer; Stephen Turner and his life partner Michael; and John Henry Turner, all of Duncan, Oklahoma. She leaves behind 16 grandchildren, including Florence Azia Roman and husband Enrique of Oklahoma City, whom she proudly raised, as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Alma is also survived by her siblings: Earl Delk of Marlow, Oklahoma; Sammy Delk of Ninnekah, Oklahoma; Carl Delk of Cordell, Oklahoma; Kathy Hale of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Mary Danford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Florence Alma Cauthron will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for the love she shared and the legacy she leaves behind.
