Forrest Small Sr. Obituary
Forrest Wayne Small Sr. age 80, of Peru, passed away on September 10, 2025, at Parkview Memorial Hospital.
Born October 2, 1944, to the late Raymond E. and Virginia (Replogle) Frye. He married Carol Ann Shearer on April 28, 1991, and she preceded him in death on May 13, 2022.
Forrest worked as a transport driver for Omish while living in Columbia City and had also worked in the foundry and Wilson Foods.
Surviving Forrest are two daughters, Tina (Steve) Logan of Star City, IN, E. Michelle Krock of Logansport; brother, Morris (Linda) Small Sr., of Logansport; six granddaughters, Jamie (Jon) Rife, Tiffany (Derrick) Lambert, Kayla (Duncan Spicer) Denny, Ryleigh Krock, Cearra (Braden) Snyder, and Tabitha Small; three grandsons, Derrick (Savannah) Krock, Jeremiah Small, Braxten (Kourtney) Logan; and companion, Sandra Bowyer of Peru; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Forrest Wayne Small Jr.; brother, Raymond Small, Jr.; and three sisters, Virginia, Nancy, and Cheryl.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
