Frances J. Metzger of Harrisburg, Ohio passed away at Stone Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care in Alliance, Ohio on March 11, 2023 at the age of 85. Frances was born in Louisville, Ohio on December 17, 1937 to the late Neal and Julia (Mueller) Zorger. Frances was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her family, embroidery and sports.
Frances is survived by her children Debbie (Roger) Barrett, Rise (Jim) Harsh, Jeff (Daphne) Metzger, Lori (Pete) Tebben and Chrisann (Kevin) Johnson. She was blessed with fourteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by Harold, her husband of 59 years, one son Brian, one daughter Julia, one grandchild James Harsh III and one brother.
We would like to extend our thanks to Stone Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care and Traditions Hospice Care. They loved and took wonderful care of her while she was there. The family is grateful and thankful for all they did for our mom,
