Francesco "Frank" Dominic Pangallo, 63, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Frank was born on August 19, 1959, to Joseph and Maria (Feis) Pangallo. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Victoria Pangallo McLear. Frank is survived by his sons, Giuseppe Higbee and Chance Owens and grandchildren, Kyla Pangallo-Higbee and Kira Pangallo-Higbee.
Frank attended FJ Brennan High School in Windsor, Canada and Mishawaka High School. Frank was very artistic. He loved to paint, write poetry and draw. He was a very loving person who went out of his way to do whatever he could for anyone even if that meant putting himself in harm's way. He was a family man who loved his mother and sister very much. Also had a deep love for his sons even if he couldn't express it.
A private family gathering has taken place. Frank will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka.
