So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. We always had good laughs when I'd see him. He was a character for sure. You will be missed, "Skin". My condolences to his family. Cathi (Capizzi) Olinger

Frank was a wonderful neighbor that always had us laughing and running around the neighborhood causing trouble. Great memories with Frank, Lenny and Bill. Rest in peace Frankie.

We grew up together and he was our neighbor. We had many great time running around the neighborhood, playing in our yards. Frankie made me laugh with the way he laughed.
Him and his brothers came over every Christmas Eve to visit.
I am saddened but so glad I got to see him within the last year.

Rest in peace my neighbor. I´ll think of you often.
