Frank is survived by his daughter, Frankie Toadvine; his son, Brian Armstrong; and his brother, Allen Armstrong. He was a proud grandfather to Justin, Alyssa, and Bryson, and great-grandfather to Lyla, Hudson, Lily, Lucy, and Jack.
