Frank Brooks, 47, passed away Mon. Feb. 5, 2018 at his home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held on Thurs. Feb. 8, 2018 from 10am-11:45am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 12pm on Thurs. Feb. 8, 2018 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 2:30pm on Thurs. Feb. 8, 2018 at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko, MS.
Frank was born in Morton, MS, was a longtime resident of Pelahatchie, MS and has lived in Brandon, MS since 2004. He loved the Lord and was a member of First Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. Frank was employed with Lyle Machinery and loved everything about big equipment. He was a workaholic, and enjoyed farming. Frank also enjoyed fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his wife, Melissa Brooks; mother, Mary Louise Brooks; two children, James Brent Atkinson (Ashley) and Briana Marie Brooks and two grandchildren, James Lyric Atkinson and Landis Lynn Atkinson. He is also survived by a niece and four nephews. Frank is preceded in death by his father, Tommy Brooks and his grandmother, Marie Griffin
