Frank P. Gosz Jr., age 90, a resident of Francis Creek, entered eternal life on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Junior was born on February 16, 1935 in Kossuth to the late Frank and Ethel Mertens Gosz Sr. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1952. On June 20, 1956, Junior married Patsy Reinke at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mishicot. He worked as an insulator for 37 years for Sprinkman and Sons and was also a part-time painter for 62 years. Junior loved spending his time hunting, camping and enjoying garage beers. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Anne Catholic Church, and the Francis Creek Sportsman's Club.
Survivors include Junior's three children: Scott Gosz, Amy Koch, and Brian (Kandy) Gosz, all of Francis Creek; three grandchildren: Kayla (Tyler) Loeh, Lane (Alie) Gosz, and Lacie (Brandon) Skubal; four great-grandchildren: Waylon Loeh, Owen Gosz, Brantley and Cooper Skubal; sister-in-law: Karen (Clarence Jr.) Meyer, Mishicot; brother-in-law: Gary (Ann) Reinke, Manitowoc; as well as other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: Patsy; his parents; his son-in-law: Greg Koch; and his sister and brother-in-law: Janet (Jim) Caffrey.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Noon on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 202 S. Packer Drive, Francis Creek. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Christin Raj. Burial will follow at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Anne Catholic Church on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Junior's name.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is assisting the Gosz family with funeral arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Frontida Assisted Living, Manitowoc, as well as the doctors and staff at Holy Family Memorial, especially Tamara and Debbie, for the care and compassion they have shown Junior and his family.
