Fred Donaldson

Donaldson, Fred, age 85, of Mt. Juliet, TN died April 5, 2023. Fred was born in Franklin County, TN and was the son of the late, Clayton Donaldson and Alma Neal Donaldson. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and the owner of Fred's Vending. In his younger years, Fred was active with the Mt. Juliet Little League and served on the Board of Directors. He enjoyed fishing and golfing.

He is survived by:

Wife of 64 years – Sarah Donaldson

Children – Johnny (Carla) Donaldson, Sylvia Adams and Rebecca Brakefield

Siblings – Gilbert (Brenda) Donaldson, Benton (Josie) Donaldson and Geraldine Crabtree

Grandchildren – Erik Adams, Dylan Brakefield, Jon Mikel Donaldson, Nikki Collins,

Peyton Brakefield and Zachary Donaldson

Great-grandchildren – Oliver Adams, Liam Adams and Baby Girl Collins expected in June



Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2023 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Bro. Billie Friel and Bro. Chuck Groover officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Erik Adams, Dylan Brakefield, Peyton Brakefield, Chris Collins, Darrin Rutledge and Steve Jefferson.
