I knew Fred as a very sweet and funny man. I worked at Encore Village and Fred was one of my dearest friends there. I would get him to come down for activities and when he didn´t feel like it, we would sit and watch old western TV shows together on his TV. Fred considered me a dear friend as well and I will take that with me. I wish I could honk his bike horn one more time in his honor! He will be missed.
