Freddie Willis, Jr entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the age of 80. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Freddie was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. Her served his country in the United States Army for 3 years. Freddie was the owner and operator of an auto detail shop. Beloved father of Annette Fountain Willis. Devoted father of Shurilynn Willis, and the late Jerome Willis, and Melvin Rowan, Jr. Loving grandfather of Pierre D. Sykes, Claressa Farrow, Chane Sykes, Kaletha Farrow, and Damorion R. Arvie. Son of the late Freddie Willis, Sr and Geraldine Harris Willis. Brother of Clara Allen, Mary Louise Willis, Audrey Lockett, Lois Williams, Yvonne Williams, Clarence Willis, Freddie Willis, Edward Williams, Edgar Williams, and the late Yvette Williams, and Linda Joseph. Nephew of Myrtle Willis. Godfather of Beverly Hawkins, Philisha Nealy Bey, Ivon Johnson, and Javis Allen, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Mount Calvary International Worship Center and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Mount Calvary International Worship Center, 1600 Westwood Blvd. Marrero, LA on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Apostle Terry Gullage, Sr. officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named church.
