He lived his life as a free spirit, personifying the essence of individuality and self-determination. Frederick embraced the world around him and navigated life on his own terms, leaving a remarkable imprint on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his cherished siblings: Roxie Garner, Clifford Garner (Latrice Mayberry Garner), James Garner, Jamesha Garner, and Latavia Garner. Their bonds of love and memories shared will forever be a testament to the vibrant legacy he leaves behind.
Frederick was preceded in death by his parents. Their cherished memories will remain alive in the hearts of those who loved him.
Frederick's journey may have concluded, but the spirit of his adventurous life continues to inspire and resonate within the lives of his family and friends. His laughter, wisdom, and zest for life will be dearly missed, but his legacy will endure in the stories shared and the love that remains in the hearts of those he touched.
