Frieda C Wiese, Nov 9, 1929 - Aug 9, 2025

Frieda (Bumb) Wiese was welcomed into the arms of Jesus when she passed away on August 9th, 2025, at 4:01 AM, at the age of 95. She was a devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Frieda loved many things, including gardening, cultivating flowers, playing bingo and cards, canning, quilting, reading, and cherishing time spent with her family. A daylily was also named after her "Frieda Wiese". You can find information about it on the internet.

She is predeceased by her parents, Martin and Margaret Bumb, and her brother, Martin (Bud) Bumb. Frieda was united in marriage to Joseph G. Wiese, with whom she shared 57 years until his passing in 2008. Together, they resided in Florissant, MO, later moving to Cottleville, MO, and in Florissant they ran a family farm producing vegetables, fruit trees, plants, eggs and raising livestock such as pigs, chickens and cows over the years.

Her children include Joyce (Wiese) Buttone, Norman Wiese (spouse Ruthann), Ralph Wiese (spouse Joyce), and Karen Frey. Grandchildren are Casandra Scales (Stephen), Steven Winingham (Kim), Angela Winingham, Joe Wiese (Maureen), Sarah Nicholas, Saleena Harner (Chuck), Tara Livia (Mike), Amber Fitzgerald (John), Adam Frey (Amber), Ben Frey, and LeRoy Buttone III (Shelby). Great-grandchildren are Erik Scales, Lindsey Scales, Mason Scales, Tyler Barry, Ashley Winingham, James Winingham, Clay Winingham, Leah Winingham, Noel Wiese, Landon Wiese, Emma Wiese, Ella Nicholas, Kassidy Schley, Taylor Schley, Joseph Mocca, Sawyer Livia, Hannah Fitzgerald, Henry Fitzgerald, Andrea Buttone, Ari Buttone, Elliot Buttone, Ezra Buttone, and Owen Buttone. Frieda is also survived and will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
