Doug Erdman, 64, of Teaticket, passed away unexpectedly at Falmouth Hospital on August 6, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late George and Jean Erdman.

Doug graduated from Maclay High School in Tallahassee, FL. He received his Bachelors degree from Webber College. After settling on Cape Cod, Doug worked as a driver for the Riverview School in Sandwich. He worked as a Maintenance Technician at Atria Woodbriar Assisted Living in Falmouth until he retired. He loved his cars and being outdoors. He enjoyed boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, and tending to his yard. Most of all, Doug enjoyed spending time and traveling with his son/best friend. He was a loving Father, Brother, Uncle and a good friend to all. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.

Doug is survived by his son Griffin Erdman of Teaticket, his sister Sally Erdman of Dunstable, MA, his brother Daniel Erdman (Lisa) of Sarasota, FL, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Richard Erdman in 2024 (Donna).

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at https://www.cancer.org.
