Garrett Ray Belshe, 33, of Clyde, passed away on August 21, 2025. He was born on August 13, 1992, in Bamberg, Germany to John Robert III and Ruby Kay (Key) Belshe, and was raised in Texas.

Garrett had a deep love for music and was a natural talent. He taught himself to play guitar and piano and played drums throughout high school. Some of his best memories were spent playing in a band with his friends - making music, laughing, and sharing the stage together. His passion for music was a constant in his life, and he carried it with joy and dedication.

Garrett is survived by his mother, Kay Belshe; his sister, Mackenzie Belshe Laws, and brother-in-law, Colton Laws; his stepbrother, John Robert Belshe IV; and many friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Services to honor and celebrate Garrett's life will be announced soon.

He will be remembered for his creativity, his laughter, and the music he shared with everyone who knew him.

Belshe was always one of my boys. Hanging out with Clint.Even after he graduated high school, Belshe would always come give me a hug whenever he saw me. These are pictures from Clint and Brooke's wedding. It meant the world to Clint that Belshe was able to officiate. Belshe, I am going to miss you kid.

My deepest condolences to Garrett's mother, sister, and the rest of his family. My favorite memories of him are of us spending too long on the phone, both tuned into the classic rock station, and having a little jam session while we talked about life. See you on the other side
