Gary Thomas Hollin

Gary Thomas Hollin, 65, of Dayton, KY, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Born in Covington, KY, on September 14, 1958, he was the son of the late William and Sara Scholl. Gary proudly served his country the U.S. Air Force during the Desert Storm engagement. He enjoyed Golfing and watching Football and Baseball. Gary's favorite teams were the Reds, Bengals and UK. He was a wonderful man who was devoted to his family and friends. Gary was able to develop and maintain long lasting friendships with the people he served with in the Air Force and remained close to them up to the day of his passing. In addition to his father, Gary was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather: Cloyd and Sara Hollin and sister: Linda Wilson. Gary leaves behind his fiancée: Phyllis Scott; son: Nathan (Carlee) Dotson; sisters: Diane Ananda and Deborah Parsons; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
