Jenny was born on July 8, 1971 to Genoveva Moreno and Juan Barcelona Jimenez in Aransas Pass, Texas. Known to her friends as "Jenny" and to her family as "Mija"; Jenny was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
Jenny is preceded in death by her grandmother: Magdalena Barcelona Jimenez; and grandfather: Jesus Flores Jimenez.
Survivors include her sons: David Lynn Bufkin Jr. of Portland, Texas and Blake Edward Bufkin from Aransas Pass, Texas; daughters: Elisa Jasmine Flores and Gwendalyn Cora Fowler both from Aransas Pass, Texas; grandson: Asher John Bufkin; parents: Juan Barcelona Jimenez and Genoveva Moreno both from Aransas Pass, Texas; brothers: Juan Jimenez, Jr. and Arturo Moreno Jr. all from Aransas Pass, Texas; sisters: Rachel Ducote of Louisiana, Edna Moreno from Aransas Pass, Texas, Eva Moreno of Port Arthur, Texas and Sofia Jimenez from Aransas Pass, Texas.
Visitation will begin Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home in Aransas Pass, Texas. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held the same evening, 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

For all of Jenny´s family - I want to express my deepest sympathy. Jenny was one of the kindest and loving person. She loved with all of her heart . She was a hard worker giving the best care to her patients . She spread kindness and joy to everyone that knew her. May you rest in peace-Jenny . We will miss your sweet smile . Karen Lanfair
