George Theiss Obituary
Born in Akron, he was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls since 1969. George had been employed with Chrysler as a crane operator, retiring in 2009. After his retirement, he went on to drive a bus to sporting events for Walsh Jesuit High School. George was a member of Summit Christian Church. He was an avid Ohio State football fan and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and listening to music.
Preceded in death by parents, George L. and Elsie Marie Theiss, he is survived by his wife, Mila Theiss; daughter, Gina Marie (Pat) Swejk; grandchildren, Lyla and Jamison; brother, Gary Theiss, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rev. Donald Petkash will conduct service 4 PM Friday at Redmon Funeral Home 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224. Friends may call from 1 PM to service time at the funeral home.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Dear Mila and Gina, George´´s sudden death was a shock. Hearing about Aunt Elsie was very sad, but George was too young. Living in Colorado stretched this family tie too far. My prayers are with you.

George will be missed. He stopped at my parents home many time to hang out with my brothers and me. Spent alot of time with my parents too. Great guy, great family. Gonna be missed by so many. Our condolences to Mila and his family!!
