Gerald Barte Obituary
Gerald W. "Jerry" Barte, age 71, of Roseville, Minnesota, passed away September 24, 2025, from complications of Multiple Myeloma.
Preceded in death by wife, Vicki Johnson; parents, Bill and Joan Barte; and nephew, Daniel Sedgeman.
Survived by sisters, Diane Weinhold, Joyce Sedgeman (Tom), and Karen Norman (Chip); brother, Paul Barte; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Jerry was an avid golfer and lover of all music, especially opera, classical, folk and early rock. Jerry was a graduate of the University of Minnesota. He loved singing, fishing, baseball and card games, and was a good friend to all.
Memorial services for Jerry will be held at Como Park Lutheran Church, 1376 W. Hoyt Ave., St. Paul.
Day and time of services are pending and will be updated when confirmed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Como Park Lutheran Church or the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
