Geraldine Crescentia Deenie” Hinkson, 69, of Fayetteville entered eternal rest Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill.
Geraldine was born in Belize City, Belize on April 15, 1956, daughter to the late Harold Sanchez and Carrie Cattouse. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Murdell Sanchez and a brother, Harold Sanchez Jr.
Geraldine was a devout Christian and a prayer warrior. She enjoyed reading the Bible, and was a very humble, caring, loving, praying lady that had an amazing faith and love for God. She loved Fashion, Gardening, Cooking and Traveling. But mostly, she loved her Lord and Savior. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
She is survived by her children; son, Robert Bobby” Hinkson Jr. (Darryl Holt) of Virginia Beach, VA; daughters, Renee Hinkson McCaulay (Deon McCaulay) of Atlanta, GA and Desiree Hinkson of Fayetteville, NC; brothers, Leaford McLaughlin, Lincoln Card, and Gerald Sanchez, all of Belize; a sister, Rita Card of New York; 3 grandchildren, Rashad Hinkson, Talia James and Deon McCaulay Jr.; 2 great grandchildren, Gianna Hinkson, Jaden Wash and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Cliffdale Church, 6427 Cliffdale Road, Fayetteville, NC 28314.
Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 PM following the visitation with Pastor Joshua Goodman officiating.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Cumberland Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4509 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
