Geraldine Kazmierczak Obituary

She was born on May 3, 1950, in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Thomas and Laura (Parken) Boughner.
On April 17, 1971, she married her devoted husband, Dennis, and together they shared 54 years of love and partnership.
Geraldine had a deep passion for gardening and filled her home and yard with the beauty of flowers. She also found great joy in baking and cooking, and her cakes, especially those with her famous buttercream frosting, were treasured by everyone, fortunate enough to enjoy them.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis; her son, Robert Kazmierczak; grandchildren, Robert II (Marissa) Kazmierczak, Christopher (Kayla) Kazmierczak, Kyle O'Brian, Brendan Kazmierczak, and Aiden Kazmierczak; great-grandchildren, Evalynn and Waylon; as well as 10 siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Benjamin.
The family honors the memory of Geraldine and invites you to visit and share memories Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday with 10:00 a.m. visiting. Deacon Mike Cummins will officate.
