Gina is survived by her loving parents, Peter and Josephine (nee Mick) Scaffidi, her brothers, Salvatore (significant other Stacey Morrett), and Peter and his wife Joanna Scaffidi. Her nieces and nephews, Alicia (Mike) Wooleyhand, Salvatore (Alexis) Scaffidi, Daniel Scaffidi and fiancee Amy Navarro, Gabriella Scaffidi, and Santino Scaffidi. Also by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and her Nursing Colleagues and Friends. She was predeceased by her sister-in-law Diana Scaffidi.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:00am to 11:30am on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:30am at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051, with intombment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Hurffville, NJ. Luncheon to follow at Bogey's 501 Pitman Rd, Sewell, NJ 08080.
Donations can be made in her honor to Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, 125 County House Road, P.O. Box 475 Blackwood, New Jersey 08012 or online by clicking here. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com.

My deepest condolences are wished to Mr. & Mrs. Scaffidi and family. My wife and I were neighbors with Gina in Timbercrest. When we first got our German Shepherd Liesl as a puppy, Gina and Godiva were the first friends she made. We talked a lot while watching Godiva and Liesl rough house play with each other. We always talked to Mr. Scaffidi when he came to walk the fur babies. We tried to help as much as we could with Godiva when she got hurt. We are so sad to hear this news. Comfort is knowing that she has been reunited with her beloved Godiva. Many prayers are being offered for her and your family. We are sorry that we couldn't make the services, we are getting over Covid and Flu and don't want to chance getting anyone else sick. God Bless! Stephanie and Danielle Brady
