Glen Leslie Workman, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on February 13, 1943, Glen was the cherished son of Glen E. Workman and Rhea Barbara Mickelsen. He brought joy and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Glen was known for his incredible craftsmanship, particularly in the art of building and restoring antique vehicles from the ground up. His passion for cars, especially his favorite 1928-29 Fords, was a testament to his skill and dedication. In addition to his hands-on hobbies, he had a delightful fondness for frappes and Uncrustables, often sharing these simple pleasures with his family as he constructed not just vehicles but lasting memories.
He deeply loved his children: Leslie Webster and her husband John, Shawnie Murray and her husband Rod, Darren Workman, and Jarah Workman. These relationships were a source of immense pride and joy for Glen. He is also survived by his stepchild Ever Veritas and their spouse Quillian, who added to the tapestry of his loving family.
Glen's legacy continues through his loving wife, Bonnie Moser Workman, who stood by his side as a partner in life, navigating both triumphs and challenges together. He is also survived by his sister Judy Lindsay and her husband David. The bonds he forged with his family were strong and enduring, reflecting the love and respect he cultivated throughout his life. He is survived by his 4 grandchildren.
He will be dearly missed by his many good friends and the community that he embraced with an open heart. Glen was preceded in death by his father Glen E. Workman, mother Rhea B. Powell, and brothers Robert L. Allen, Dale L. Workman, and Mike Workman, all of whom hold a special place in his memory.
