Funeral services for Glenda Ann Price Lewis, 75, of Ferriday, LA will be at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 11AM with Bro. Clyde Webber officiating, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Interment will follow to Natchez City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10AM until service time at 11AM.
Glenda was born on Sunday, August 13, 1950 in Ferriday, LA and passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at home. Glenda was truly one of a kind-a woman whose heart overflowed with love and kindness. She deeply cherished her siblings, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, always making each one feel special. Throughout her life, Glenda dedicated herself to caring for others. Her work in the medical and legal fields reflected her deep compassion for others and inspired her to help build a caregiving business rooted in kindness, service and community. Through her dedication, she touched countless lives and made a lasting impact on the local and surrounding communities that she loved so dearly.
Beyond her professional talents, Glenda's creative spirit shined brightly as a member of a Las Vegas show band, where she traveled the country and her love for music brought joy to many. Her laughter, warmth, and vibrant nature will be remembered forever. Glenda's legacy of love and care will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
She is reunited with her parents, James "Pat" Eugene Price and Donna Mae Clifton Price; brothers, Mike Price and Ricky Price; sister, Patsy Price King; and nephew, Mitch Price.
Those left behind to cherish Glenda's memory are her nieces, Rami Price Loomis & her husband Johnny, Jeani Price Casey & her husband Dan, LaTefy Schoen & her husband Tom and nephews Deke King and Kyle King & his wife Melody; sister-in-law, Norma Jean Price; and great-nieces and nephews, Tori, Drew, Molli, Alli, Ryan, Bryce, Trey, Dylan, Macy, Kurtis, Konner, Kory, Dakota, and Hunter.
Those honoring Glenda as pallbearers are Drew Loomis, Trey Price, Ryan Casey, Kobe Short, Brad Clifton, and Max Jackson.
