Glenda Pike

Glenda Joyce Pike, 77, of Quitman, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025. She was born on August 4, 1948, to Glenn Leroy "Jake" Healy and Nora Laverne (Hartsell) Butler.
Glenda lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and quiet strength. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend who found joy in caring for others. For many years, Glenda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing comfort and care to nursing home residents. Her gentle hands and tender heart left lasting impressions on the many lives she touched.
She later worked for Aromatique, where she enjoyed her time alongside her daughter, Kristie. Glenda was also well known in her community as a loving babysitter, caring for countless children in her home who grew up remembering her warmth and laughter. In her spare time, she loved to paint, finding peace and creativity in her art.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim Pike; her daughter, Kristie Pike Tingle; her parents, Jake and Laverne Healy; her sister, Janice Wendel; and her brother, Danny Healy.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Jimmy Glen Pike of Quitman; her grandsons, Christopher Stark, Kyle Tingle, Justin Tingle, and Jonathan Tingle; along with many other family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
Glenda will be remembered for her caring heart, gentle spirit, and devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on in the love she gave and the many lives she brightened.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Olmstead Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Rolland, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Point Cemetery.
