Glenn Sayles was born on 3/23/1961

He departed this Earth on 5/22/2024 at the age of 63yrs old. 


Glenn was the son of the late Yvonne Roberts & John Sayles. Glenn was born in ORANGE NJ. He attended the Orange & East Orange public school system. He later furthered his education and attended schools in NEW YORK CITY for culinary arts and computer engineering.   

Glenn became an Ohio resident in 2016. While he resided in Ohio he became a business owner of a few businesses, that he now leaves behind to his loved ones. 

Glenn was known to some as Rashaan others as Brooklyn. Whatever you knew him by you knew his heart. He loved spending time with his family and fur babies  (Dogs)

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, brothers, Trent and Scott Sayles along with his forever love Aliyyah Reese. 

Glenn Lives on through his only Sister Kendra Sayles, Son Yaasir Baskerville, Daughter Nikkimah Reese-Peppers (son-in-law Keir Peppers), his 2 Furry Sons Thor & Bear Bear Sayles

6 Grandchildren Azara, Ayonna, Nizya, Nizir, Nimeer, Niliyyah. nieces and nephews that he loved as his own Nyeema, Lakendra 

Quaddim Jamel, Frank, Shaharrizodd, and Nyesha, as well as long time friend Fuquan Blanchard:  Along with a Host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives. 

A public visitation will be held on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 10 am with a chapel service to begin at noon.  Services will be held at Families First Edwards located at 1166 Parsons Ave Columbus Ohio 43206.
