Glenn Steffy

Glenn E. Steffy, 74, of Kenhorst, passed away at Mifflin Center on June 28, 2025. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Carl Steffy and Helen (Wells) Steffy.
Glenn was a 1969 graduate of Wilson High School. Throughout his career, he held various positions at Redner's Warehouse Market, Weis Market, Morgan Truck Body, and Elbeco.
Glenn had a passion for fishing, particularly with his grandchildren. He cherished animals, especially his beloved cat, and found joy in gardening. Most importantly, Glenn treasured his role as a grandfather and loved supporting his grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, Helen, Glenn is survived by his children, Brandi L. Knight (Thomas), of Morgantown, and Robert D. Steffy (Jessica), of Mohnton, and his grandchildren: Rachel, Matthew, Davis, and Layne. He is also survived by his siblings: Gary Krick (Pat), Richard Steffy (Mary Ann), and Mark Steffy. Glenn will be missed by his companion, Nancy Bourgeois.
He was predeceased by his father and his sister, Donna Stoudt.
A prayer service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11AM at Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue West Reading. Friend and family will be received from 10:30-11AM. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery.
