With a profound sense of loss, we announce the passing of our Little Bear, Gracelyn June Tea. Born on July 1, 2024, in Ogden, UT, Gracelyn's time with us was heartbreakingly brief, yet her impact will be everlasting. As her mother, Brandi, I believe that every life, no matter its length, has a purpose. Although Gracelyn's journey was short, her spirit was immense, and she has touched our hearts in ways we never thought possible.
Gracelyn, our loving little angel, was a gift that brightened our world, albeit briefly. She was a beacon of hope, a testament of love, and a symbol of the strength of family bonds. She was welcomed into this world surrounded by love from her adoring family including her mother Brandi, her Grandmother Patricia Weyman, her father Jonathan Tea, stepmother Magan Tea and her siblings Alianna, Xander, and Jaxson Hathaway. Her Grandfathers, Paul Dodge (partner Anna Burnett) and Robin Tea (partner Carla Burns), also eagerly awaited her arrival with love and joy.
Gracelyn now rests among the angels, joining those who preceded her in passing, including her Great Grandmother Elda Dodge, and Grandmother Donna Tea and Great-Grandmother Grace Brownlee. As Helen Keller once said, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Gracelyn, our Little Bear, is now a part of us, her memory forever etched in our hearts.
We invite you to visit Gracelyn's memorial page to leave your cherished memories, and upload photos that capture the love and warmth she brought into our lives. Even though her time was fleeting, the love she inspired will endure.
