Greg is survived by his loving wife of over 45 years, Karen (Kolarik) Dance; two daughters, Dawn (Todd) Ennis, Janeen (Justin) Davidson; two sons, Mike (Joni) Joseph, Thomas (Sabjre) Dance; five grandsons, Conner, Jake, Jacob, Michael, Nicholas; four granddaughters, Chelsea, Sadie, Emily, Brie; 2 great grandchildren, Kaydin and Jeremiah; brother, Gale (Patricia) Dance; sister, Mary (Ron) Jones; and many extended family and friends.
Greg graduated from Crown Point High School, class of 1966. He proudly served his country in Vietnam and is a United States Army Veteran. Greg retired from Norfolk & Southern Railroad following 42 years of service. He was a gearhead and loved old cars and motorcycles. Greg loved his wife and family the most, and next was his garage. He was a simple man and loved tinkering in his sanctuary. Greg loved his family and enjoyed spending time with and taking care of them.
Funeral Services for Greg will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
