Gregory “Greg” L. Gilmore, age 75, of New Berlin, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2025, at AngelsGrace Hospice, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 12, 1950, in Milwaukee, the son of Lyle and Ruth (nee Bohl) Gilmore.
Greg enjoyed a long and successful career at AT&T, where he retired as a field manager. Known as a jack of all trades, he was always willing to take on various projects for his family and friends, showcasing his dedication and skill.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sallie (nee Herling); his two step-sons, Matthew (Laurie) and John; and his three grandchildren, Gianna, Dominic, and Aniella. Greg is also survived by his sister, Denni (Don) Drake, his brother Gary (Susan), nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private family service will be held to honor and celebrate Greg’s life.
The family wishes to thank AngelsGrace Hospice for the compassionate care they provided during his final days. In lieu of flowers, donations to AngelsGrace or your favorite charity in Greg's honor.
