Gregory Muniz Obituary
He was married for 44 years to Virginia Muniz and is survived by her as well as their three children Leah (Tim), Joyce (Jacob) and Thomas (Sarah) and by his many loving grandchildren Simon, Naomi, Hope and Levi Kauffman; Ezra, Anava, Gideon, Elijah and Tikva Billington; and Eli and Penelope Muniz. He is survived by his mother Martha Muniz, and siblings Andrew (Karen) Muniz, Belinda (Paul) Styles, Everett (Amanda) Muniz as well as his many nieces and nephews. His love of a good time has always endeared him to children.
He faithfully served in the ecclesia for many years, including as Sunday School superintendent. He also spent 29 years working at Entertainment Publications as an IT professional, always willing to take on a new challenge. He was a dedicated problem solver, always ready to help others.
Lord willing, his funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Price Chapel), 3725 Rochester Rd. (btwn Big Beaver & Wattles), Troy, MI 48083, (248) 689-0700. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m.
